The Recipe Project is part cookbook, part essay collection and part album, featuring recipes (turned into lyrics) by notable chefs and food writers, including Mario Batali, David Chang, Mark Kurlansky and more.
Join author, musician and One Ring Zero frontman, Michael Hearst, along with editor Leigh Newman (Still Points North) as they discuss, read from, and sing some of the hits from this one-of-a-kind collection.
Jessica Soffer will read a selection and discuss her acclaimed novel, Tomorrow There Will Be Apricots.
All proceeds from the event will benefit Housing Works’ programs to assist men, women, and children living with or affected by homelessness and HIV/AIDS.
